Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items—especially vinyl records—in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order slip.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
